I’m a Seattle-based technology product leader. For the past 15+ years I’ve built the platforms and operating models behind how technical organizations learn, ramp, and ship — with a current focus on what AI is doing to all of it.
Today I’m at Snowflake, leading product and operations for the revenue enablement platforms that train ~4,000 sellers and field-facing roles — including how RAG-powered search, AI assistants, and agentic readiness fit into daily field work. Before that, eight years at Atlassian across enablement engineering, solutions enablement, and customer learning product management. Earlier roles include IT leadership at Zenefits and Box, plus a winding path through software, retail, and politics that turned out to be a feature, not a bug.
I’m a curious traveler and a karaoke regular. Both reward the same things: paying attention, picking a clear setup, and committing to a bad idea long enough to make it good.

What I’m doing now
- Building this site as a public record of my work.
- Writing occasional posts on engineering leadership and team-building.
- Hunting good karaoke nights and adding airports to the list.
