Challenge 1: Scale channel partner training during the Covid-19 pandemic
The Channel Enablement team decided to start investing in scalable, interactive training solutions just as lockdowns came into effect in March 2020, but the Partner Accreditations program utilized an aging design from 2016. Atlassian products had increased complexity and customer segments were more advanced; and overnight, in-person programs that weren’t scaling well could no longer be delivered to Atlassian’s growing partner base.
